Returns


If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.


We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.


Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.


To put in a request for a return, contact us via email at support@simmpel.com. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse the US.


 


Refunds


We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back unused within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive your product. If the product has been used, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund on your purchase price when the device has been returned. Please note that the product must be received in original condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return!


Digital Downloads


Unless otherwise stated on sales pages, within 30 days of purchase, customers are allowed to keep access to their digital products even if they have requested a refund.


 


Cancellations


To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately via email at support@simmpel.com. If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.


 


Shipping Costs


It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.


The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.


Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!


Customs & Package Delays


When shipping a device from our international warehouses, the package may occasionally be delayed in customs for 1-4 weeks. While this is rare, it does happen, and is dictated by the governing body in your country. If you package is held in customs, you must wait 30 days for release before a reshipment or refund can be offered. 


Sale Items


Sadly, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

SHIPPING


Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 10-20 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.


There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage or cancel their order.
